Hello what Graphics card can be compared to a 550TI? The maximum I can spend is £120

Well, a 550Ti

A 6870 and 6850 will be better. IIRC, the 6870s are around £130 but you can easily sell the games they come with.

By if your budget is £120, a 6870 will be better.

You can also get GTX460s for £120 and they overclock ferociously.

If you can stretch: OcUK HD6870 at £136.
If you can't: MSI HD6850 Cyclone then start overclocking, you'll easily hit HD6870 speeds.

I bought a 550, returned it and got a 5850, which I found performed loads better than the 550, unless you're hell bent on getting a nVidia, I'd suggest a *60 and higher.
