What graphics card shall I get?

I'm looking at buying a new 4k Monitor to use alongside my Xbox one X (Sadly I'm not part of the PC Master race of gaming). However when I'm not on my Xbox i'd like the monitor to be use with my PC.

I don't game on my PC but I will have 3 X monitors connected 2 X 1080P and 1 X 4K (once I decide on a monitor)

In short I'm after a graphics card I can add to my current build (see below) that can run 3 monitors, wont be used for gaming, just a bit of 4k video content here and there.

Probably get away with a Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB version I would think. Maybe even a 3GB version if all your doing is video.
