I think it really comes down to either the
HIS HD 7950 IceQ BOOST 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
or the
1 x Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 7870 OC Windforce 3X 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

I would and have gone for the HIS (3 times), but I think some people may argue that the WindForce is quieter (I'm not sure it is).
Also I believe the Gigabyte is voltage locked where as the HIS isn't, but I may be wrong there.

well its my first time building a computer and im not looking to overclock since it too risky because i have no experience.

K cpu's are much better to sell later and one day you may feel up to having a go :) Overall probably worth the £30.

Def. get a 7950 , more powerful than 7870/50 and more ram.

it's a disease I'm afraid, once you clock a cpu or gpu, you'll always be looking for the extra you can get.. it's a slippery slope, however, don't be put off by the mad tales of 'I've killed my chip' cos that is exceptional circumstances, do plenty of reading on here.. also do plenty of reading on other places, take the clock slowly, trust me, you get 30% extra from your purchase why wouldn't you be happy?

Another vote for the K CPU and the 7950 Ice-Q. Works out nice and neat at just under the £200 you have available.

Unless you already have the CPU, in which case it's a moot point, but still go for the Ice-Q anyway.
