Hi, i need a new graphics card for my pc.. only thing is my pc is abit of a shed

amd athlon 2800+ CPU
768mb ram
350W PSU

the only thing is my PC doesnt have a pci-e slot, only a AGP slot.

my budget is around £40-50

any1 got any ideas for a decent graphics card?

I think secondhand is your best option here, you should be able to find either a 6800GT or 7600GT in your price range, the 7600GT would be preferable since it is a shade faster and less power hungry to boot. :)

What videocard are you using at the moment?
I think your best bet at the time would be the x1950 Pro which comes in AGP aswell. I think that it sells for that price if i am not mistaken.

It depends on your budget really.
The x1650Pro is a good budget card that will run most games ( I ran Bioshock - playable with it, around 27FPS average).
Or if you have a bit more to spend then the x1950pro

Both come in AGP versions.
If your board supports it, you would see a benefit in games with a CPU upgrqade too, to a 3200+ perhaps - sure your board would accept that.

i saw the x1650 pro and the nvidia 7300 GT at a decent price, which of those is better and more likely to run the best on my pc ?

Hhm not sure how they compare directly.
However, I used to have the x1650Pro and can say its a cracking card for the price/spec and will work well in a system like yours. :)
