What happened to all the cheap PAYG phones?

A guy at work needs a new Orange PAYG phone. Last time I looked there were loads of colour screen Nokias around for £39.99 but I can't seem to find any at the moment. He wants to stick with Nokia as he knows his way around them

Can anyone suggest anywhere to get one? (non competitors obviously)

Works out as £49.95 though as he has to put £10 of credit on.

Otherwise I'd say wait till October and see what's on offer then, although I couldn't say if Orange are after new PAYG customers at the moment.
