Or any other tin for that matter.

My tin opener broke so I had to tin snip the thing open and now I'm paranoid ive eaten a bit of metal.

Ridiculous really as I'm sure I would have felt it cut my mouth or throat. Ju still being a hypochondriac isuppose

Get a really strong magnet and pull it back up your oesophagus. It’s the only way you’re going to survive. Please don’t stop until comes back out, I’ve lost so many loved ones this way.


Or, you know, just get a ******* grip.
 
I would also be more worried about the contents of the Tin rather than the tin, but then again I am vegan (have I told enough people today, I doubt it) so wouldn't touch this anyway
 
I ended up in A&E as a toddler because I ingested part of a small foil cake tray - the disposable type that Mr Kiplings come in, or used to. I could've died from internal bleeding.
 
If I were a magnet I would find you strongly attractive. I am not a magnet however and merely find you hypochondriacal ;)

Given the choice of the tiny risk from perhaps ingesting a tiny bit of zinc coated steel to the very real one of catching the virus in a UK hospital, I'd not have to ponder for many seconds.
