I desperately need to put on weight after being rather ill and in hospital for a while recently.
Now, for my tea, I fancy some nice fat Aberdeen Angus burgers, with Vegatables, AND/OR Thai rice/Creamy mash potato with butter and milk.
So my question is, whats going to have more calories/energy?
