What have you learned since joining the OcUk Forums

Nothing, but what i have taught OCUK is invaluable.!

You forgot to list that you now have learn't that the P45 chip is "generally" a better overclocker than the X48... :p

As for myself, I have certainly learn't a lot over the past few years, so hopefully I can give something back...

Id say atleast a third of my knowledge when it comes to pc's and building.

and that HOVIS is infact awesome.

I learnt that Fox has a BMW, does that count?

To be honest I've been building PC's and Overclocking, since the time overclocking meant soldering in a new main clock crystal, boy the old 386DX25 just flew along at 33mhz! Got a bit toasty though, cpus rarely had heatsinks back then :)

So many things i've learnt from these forums! I self taught enough to get my first PC together, and any questions i had along the way i came here for great advice... Since then whenever i need to know something i generally ask, likewise I will help others where i can.

OcUK forums have been a wealth of information for me over the years, its members the most helpful of anywhere to be honest. My entire overclocking and watercooling experience has been made possible because of people on here.

Big up and much respect for the OcUK crew!!! Woop woop! :D

Whats that funky little button on your keyboard?

And your pc is a wee bit bright on the inside

Lol! Saves on lighting outside the case ;) , although will look less bright when i get round to spraying the inside of the case black.... but more on that another day.

Button: little twisty dimmer for brightness of backlight on KB lol as you might guess its always at max :D

OCUK has taught me that your not taken seriously unless you have over 1000 posts.

It has also taught me that people suck up to you if you have over 10 000 posts.

But seriously, i learnt how to overclock properly and safely and as a result of that I have saved a lot of money. I mean why buy a E6600 when you can buy an E6300 and overclock it to above E6600 speeds ?
