So i have saved up some cash and finally have enough to buy myself some gym equipment but i don't know what to get! In a nut shell, I want to bulk up/gain muscle mass. Having a look on fitness-superstore i have picked a few things out:

V-Fit - Herculean LFG2 Lay Flat Home Gym @ £159
http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk...herculean_lfg2_lay_flat_home_gym/10835_p.html
Bit expensive for me but is quite a lot for the money and does come with 31.5kg stack, although may be too big.

V-Fit - Herculean STB09-2 Folding Weight Training Bench (Inc leg lift and fly station) @ £85.99
http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk...nch_inc_leg_lift_and_fly_station/10831_p.html
Looks a good bench but would need to buy bars, weights, dumbbells etc.

Weider - 235 Weight Bench @ £85
http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/barbell_benches/weider_235_weight_bench/10201_p.html
Looks a good bench but would need to buy bars, weights, dumbbells etc.

So which of the above would you recommend?

Or i know someone selling the following:
York 6605 weights bench, with leg curl and butterfly attachments, quite a lot of weights, some metal and some plastic @£65

Thanks,

Flare

A powercage, bench, barbell and some dumbbells is what you will want, will last you longer than any of those machines will.

Can't say i have the room and cash for all that, hence me looking for all in one things priced between £100 - £200 (including weights)

If you currently dont have the money couldn't you join a gym for a few months and learn technique etc until you can afford equipment?

You would be better served by either saving up, buying second decent equipment second hand or and ideally join a gym.

No point spending good money on equipment that is not great.

A powercage isn't going to take up that much more room that the other equipment you've listed.

I would advise you to go to a gym for a month or two learn lots and then re-asses what you want to buy as you will see how limited what you have listed is.

We don't recommend powercages for no reason :)
