What Homeplug/Powerline?

Thinking of getting a few of these as my wireless connection is flaky downstairs, but there's so many different ones I've no idea where to even start looking!

I'd need one for my 360 + HTPC downstairs, another for a PC upstairs and of course one plugged into my router.

Speed isn't that important, they'd mostly just be used for internet access, but I'd occasionally copy a few gigs worth of files to the HTPC.

As always, cheap is good.

eConnect has been reviewed as good as solwise and its like 56£ for a triple pack

I went with Devolo in the end, although they're not the cheapest.
No problems with them at all. Very happy after years of flaky Wireless.

Don't think so. eConnect have stock issues too. Expected end of March. It was far too long for me to wait.

Ordered 1 of these and 2 of the single port version yesterday. They've been dispatched and should arrive some time today.

Good on ya. You just won't get the speed of the 200M devices of course.

With good wiring you should be good for around 18-20Mbit/s I would think....

I'm not too bothered about speed, just a good solid connection.

They arrived about an hour ago. Won't have chance to test them until tonight, but they seem good and solid. You also get a small network cable with each one which I thought was a useful inclusion.
