What I need to do?

It was my 17th bithday on the 7th, so now I'm 17 I would like to ride a moped/scooter.

What will I need to do and what test?
How much will it cost?

First off, welcome to the forum

You'll need to sit you're CBT - as I understand it this isn't a test (more of a course) teaching you basic handling skills and road safety. After that I think you can can ride up to 50cc. I'm sure others will be along shortly to advise on cost and / or to correct me

Thanks, I think at 17 it's a 125cc. I just have no idea where to start.

Why do you want a scooter and not a car? Genuine question. It's completely up to you I'm just wondering if you've thought it through.

Because, as far as I know it's more cheep to run a moped than a car.
I don't think I'll have the money to keep a car running.
