I think a real Spiderman would get really fat really quickly. The temptation to fly everywhere would be too great, like how astronauts can get muscle wastage from zero g (although presumably his awesome spider genes would stop him getting too fat!).

batmans suit has the six pack so batman doesnt need too... also thor is a god so wouldnt get fat, superman isnt human so wouldnt get fat and iron man can afford a bigger suit so wouldnt look so stupid.

spiderman would look just like that picture as hes just a 'normal' human.
