can someone please explain to me what a concession is ??? do i count as one as a university student

I thought a concession is just a discount offered to certain people. So you may count if your offered a student discount.
What context are you talking about?

Depends entirely on the person/business offering the concession.....ask them.

A 'concession' (with regards to paying for something) is just a discounted rate.

But whether you qualify for that rate depends entirely on who they specify the 'concession' for. Usually it is OAP's, students, children, etc - but it could be anyone.

I used to go to Molineux quite a bit when I was a student, and I know they always used to do discounts upon showing suitable ID. Dont know if they still do.
