What is best stripe size for RAID 0 OCZ Vertex on Vista?

Hi Guys,

As title really - I have 2 x 30Gb Vertex SSD's hopefully arriving today am gonna put them in a boot on RAID 0 and wondered what others experiences were with different stripe sizes - am using Vista Home Prem 64bit, system specs in sig.
