Mines 90/95c when bench-marking mine @ 5Ghz but that's on a full loop.
I would have though 4.5 should be achievable on a AIO, once the vCore starts going over 1.15/1.20 you may find it gets too toasty for a AIO. Also unless delided, these will run much hotter due to the Intel "toothpaste" as TIM.
