In this mobo - not a lot. I ran my E4400 @ 2.7Ghz (270 x 10) in this mobo, first with 1gb Patriot PC3200 XBL RAM set at DDR400 - actual 202.6 2-2-2-6 1T and then with 2Gb Corsair PC5400 set at DDR2 533 - actual 270 3-3-3-12 1T. The Corsair was marginally faster in Benchmarks: 70 more in 3D2k01, 200 in aquamark3 no difference in Super-PI 1M @22.1s and 1 extra fps in X3 benchmark.

If getting this mobo and you want to overclock get a E2xxx or E4xxx CPU and use the DDR PC3200 as with DDR2 the mobo usually won't go above a fsb of 290 - 300 is usual with DDR.
