what is the best stuff to use to stick an ssd in a down facing caddy?

ssd doesn't have any moving parts, so it doesn't really matter where it's situated, nor whether it's tied/stuck down, as long as it doesn't get in the way of fans?

yeah thats what i was saying further up the page, but so far i have managed to push cables clear enough of the cooler to balance the ssd, might invest in shorter sata cables to make it look more tidy.

mean i know ive got a fair amount of space currently without a hdd fitted and a case fan, so the resting of the ssd is fine, i just dont like cables touching even the ram sticks or mess, so when it comes to me tying the cables up its obviously going to adjust the placement of the ssd to some extent which is why i figured sticking it would be a good solution.

Um, maybe just use a single screw in one of the HDD mounting holes to secure it in place. It doesn't contain moving parts , it doesn't vibrate, it weighs a few grams and is inside a metal shell.

I did think the mounting holes for the hdd, but I will want to stick an hdd in it as I’m trying to sell my m-atx mobo bundle, so this will be my main source of a computer, Rather than just getting away with the small ssd so there be those cables to sort out, plus as I say, I will want to tidy up the cables, I’m not used to things just resting like that really, my last ssd was in a laptop.
