best upgrade for me was going from a ZX SPECTRUM to a COMMODORE 64

LOL, The biggest WOW I have had when I changed my default 040-25 MHz to dual-processor card CyberStorm PPC 060/50+604e/200, because it let me put 128 MB of RAM and decent CYberVisionPPC graphic card. Since then PC's upgrades wasn't so exciting
