What is the current budget Android phone king?

I recently picked up a pixel 8a with buds for £230, not sure if deals like that are still floating about?

If you see one let me know please, not bother about the buds though.

I bought a Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G for one of my kids last year. I used it for a bit first, thought it was really nice, never felt like I was using a phone I paid £220 for (with a set of true wireless buds too)

I'd probably grab the newer version if I were buying now, though the 14 Pro has made the switch to Mediatek from Qualcomm.

Yeah a lot of bang for buck on Xiaomi's low cost range.

The new X7 pros are 2 to 3x the performance vs yours above and only cost £250. Less even with the flash sales.

Many positives long a decent SW update schedule.
