What is the highest fluoride toothpaste available?

2800ppm is normal strong adult toothpaste
most are that now, all cavity protection etc, the likes of colgate total and chums
Colgate doe a duraphat toothpaster which is 2800 also, but they do a stronger one at 5000ppm, useful for old folks and people with issues regarding oral disease.

Best of my knowledge the 5000ppm is prescription only.
 
You want to be avoiding fluoride though, buy a product called Tooth Soap, it is all natural and 70% organic. Once you use that and go back to other toothpaste you can taste the chemicals in the brand names.

Crude oil is organic, doesn't mean I want to drink it.

Um, fluoride is an important part of toothpaste. Can only imagine what your teeth are like.

You're right Tooth Soap is a great product! unfortunately anything remotely alternative with regards to health/medicine is greatly frowned upon on these forums.
 
The Nazis used Fluoride in drinking water to make their concentration camp prisoners more docile.

Avoid it.

The only thing that is truly effective when it comes to cleaning teeth is the act of brushing. Only brushing can remove the bacteria that eventually form plaque and cause gum disease. I know a dentist that doesn't use anything but a toothbrush, and his teeth are perfect.

That's because he's probably one of those freaks who finds time to clean after eating everything. Which is what you should do, but for those without the time it's better to build up a layer of fluoride protection.
