What is the Matrix

I have no Idea how the wachowski brothers were able to make such a masterpiece of a film in the matrix and then make 2 abominations for sequels!! The second one did have some ok bits to be fair but the third was utter **** I have never been so ****** off in my life as I was when I came out of the cinema at the end of the 3rd film. Utter tripe. I was such a big Matrix fan too.

Basically it turns out the Neo is not just the "One" inside the matrix - Which is a computer program used to simulate "Life" to keep the humans used as batteries brains stimulated - he is also the "One" in the real world and has a level of malevolence in the real world too.

But its all No Swearing!! Big Kev tbh. (yes I am a very bitter fan)

Easy, they weren't expecting the first film to be a success(which many agree the story they stole) and then tried to continue by bolting on some pseudo-mayan/buddhist/karmic/christian influenced story that no one understood and hardcore fans would desperately try for many years to explain.....

Correct, i haven't seen it for a while, but it was explained how "the ones" powers can reach to the real world.

I love the second and third more than the original, the action and fleshing out of te matrix universe is excellent in both sequels.

I thought 2 was really dull, Dr Oct was lame.

Sure, the storyline and villains in 3 were lame too, but the sheer comedy value of the movie, intentional or not, had me in stitches more so than most recent actual comedies

Well they did have a hand in V for Vendetta which was A-mazing!
