What is the most demanding game

Am I missing some fancy settings in PS2 then? I thought I'd cranked everything up in the beta and its running pretty well on a ATI 5770 :p
 
Some games are cpu demanding, while others are gpu demanding. BF3 multiplayer on max settings I would consider to be the most demanding game on both gpu and cpu. But then it also depends what resolution you are using aswell.

In big battles it can really lower FPS. Total Biscuit did a vid on the issues PS2 has, and he has had more exposure to PS2 than any other non-SOE person.
 
Ah yeh just been playing a bit more in a busier place. Yeh it was dropping a lot in framerate! lol. Not really getting into it much yet, just don't have a clue what I'm doing :p

Will be upgrading before xmas :)
 
For me, so far it's Metro 2033 or mods. Morrowind when modded is a reasonably demanding.

Thought of another...Cryostasis.

GTA4 with ENB and ingame graphics all set to max and all quality sliders to the far right will warm your gpu up a little.
 
Any game where the code is not optimized is very demanding. If you want to show off your graphics then probably Skyrim on max + mods
 
Metro 2033 or a modded Crysis 1, most of the other games people list are due to badly optimised drivers, The Witcher 2 is supposed to be very demanding although I haven't tried it myself.
