The new day starts at 00:00, so midnight tonight would be technically classified as the beginning of tomorrow.

If you said tomorrow, I'd naturally, rather than technically assume it was tomorrow morning to evening. If you wanted me to meet you at midnight tonight, you'd just mention tonight
