What is This and Why does it cost This Much?

First off the Price its obviously an error but reading the Specs of it makes it sound like a product from 2003 with such thing as

Intel Pentium 233 MHz (or faster) processor

And

Microsoft Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Windows XP

Mainly i wanted to inform Overclockers UK of this.
