Just took the sound card out of the computer and I found this cable..
What is it and how do I stick it back in?!

It looks like the cables that goes from the case to your motherboard, for things like the on switch, etc. Where are they coming from?
 
sounds like firewire pins, but there arent enough wires there.

Just do a check of all your front panel connections (power, reset, usb, firewire, esata, audio and mic), and see which ones dont work
 
The clue is in the OP.

Just took my SOUNDCARD out . . . .

It looks to me like they are the front panel plugs for the MIC/SPKR plugs on your case. That is written on the plugs? All of them.

There will be a row of pins on the soundcard / motherboard for Front Panel Connector, look in your manual to find out which one. Failing that, if you never plan on using the front audio sockets, dont bother!
 
Frontpanel FireWire leads. Safe to leave disconnected if you don't use the FireWire port on your front panel.
 
They are for a case mounted firewire port. You need to check if your mainboard has onboard firewire, if it does you need to find the header on the board and pinout for it and if it does not just stuff it back in your case.
