What is this called and can i fix it?`

I think its ghosting but not sure?

Been thinking it was a change of glasses I needed but had a close look at the monitor. When im coding in sublime text 2 I have a black background and the text on therein different colours, but it looks like the words are repeated very faintly slightly to the right but about 10-20 pixles and then again and again.

Im running 2 monitors but from the same gfx with dual output with a dvi to vga connectors.

VGA ghosting caused by low quality cables with poor shielding. It usually becomes more apparent with long cable runs or where cables are joined. Either purchase a high quality VGA cable or use a digital cable if possible.
