What is this called please? C-shaped buckle for beading

Ok, this is one of those instances where I have no idea what something is called so finding it is a bit tough!

The item in question is a plastic buckle to take a small strap. It is an open C-shape hard plastic to slide over some round beading wrapped in fabric. Interior diameter 4.6mm. So far my google-fu has failed me in all aspects so I haven't been able to hone in with my searches! Any takers on what I should be looking for please?

It slides onto the edge of a boot protector, and in turn has slots to thread a nylon strap through. I'd try 3d printing it but don't think it would last that well.

Can you take a better image and upload and do a reverse image search?

It may help if you took an image where you aren't obscuring half of it in your fingers like a clumsy, sausage fingered oaf?
