
It's a mk4 polo and it's a bit of plastic that clips in front of the actual headlamp presumably protecting it which has broken (I guess a stone hit it?)
Does anybody know what the proper name is and where I replacement can be sourced?

ID call them pointless and rubbish looking.

Rubbish looking yes. I should imagine they saved a cracked headlamp though so not pointless.

Nah I think the lamp is made of is way stronger plastics than that thin protector!
Sounds like the head light protectors need something to protect them then![]()
