Bit of a rubbish pick i found off google, but its the best one I could find. What is the connector to the far right? i.e. Not the SATA power connector, not the SATA data connector, the 4 pin connector to the right? The drive in the pic looks odd and is just an example. i actually am looking to find out what it does for my SATA Seagate barracuda 80gb drive. i have the sata power and data and then this 4pin connectoor on mine which is labelled molex at the top.Its not a 4 pin molex though...the pins are quite small. Is this another method of powering the drive? Only, my SATA power connector is buggered so I was looking to see if this is an alternative way I can power it.

Definitely a jumper block, as others have said.

MOLEX are a company that make (amongst other things) power connectors. The 4 pin 'molex connector' that we're used to seeing is just one of the products they make. Presumably they fabricated the part on your hard drive that has their name on it.
