What is this old school Capture the Flag game called.

I am trying to remember what this old game was called so I can play it with my brother.

I remeber that it was around in the days of Windows 95. Two people can play on the same computer and each player can controls a vehicle (from a choice of a tank, jeep, helicopter and maybe another option) and starts in a base with the goal being to get the opponents flag from their based. The two bases are heavily defendedbut you have a number "lives" to do it in.

Do you remember it?

Oh and it had good gfx in its day.

Is that the one where the vehicles pop up out of the bunker? I remember the Jeep was amphibious and when playing it with my mate I'd just drive off out onto the water to make it harder to find the flag.
