metachi duct tape tape works better. You cannot hear them scream as it's very sticky lol!

Reinforced tape, get it from RS components etc. If its fairly new it doesn't leave residue, but leave it a while and a lot of the string/fibres will get left on whatever you use it on.

We use silly amounts of the stuff at work when packaging up medical instruments.
