when a person person calls you by your name in quite an aggressive manner

when a person constantly trys to put you down in front of others

when a person trys to make out that they TOLD me all the time ( I told you that, I said that to you )

when a person makes out that what you have isnt as good as theirs

when a person tells your boss of a mistake you made, and lets the rest of the team know ( the mistake was resolved as soon as it was made tho )

the person in question I get along with and this can happen and then when I choose to ignore it stops happening till next time

The person is threatened by you, and is trying to take you down a notch or two. If your boss is any good he will have noticed this, and your 'friend' will be delt with. If not, then suck it up, play the game, or happy job hunting.

Well you could try to talk to him but try to think about the worst possible scenario and if you're in a position to deal with it. When you got a car loan, mortgage, kids and bills you gotta put up with some crap, so it depends how bad it really is. There's got to be tons of people who have to put up with a lot worse in their jobs.

Yep, bullying, and he's a dirty little snitch/rat, I really detest these types. It's hard to know how your boss will respond to this, some might love him, some might hate him for doing stuff like this.

I can tolerate almost all bad traits in people but this one above makes my blood boil. I knew a guy that did it, dont speak to him anymore thank god.

You gotta stamp on this persons attitude and get them to grow the **** up for their own sake. Humiliate him utterly if possible. Failing that pay a few guys to hospitalise him so he learns some respect and manners ( lol that sounds so gangster)
