What is your BMI

Any easy & quick ways to work out BF% at home?

I don't think so.

If I remember, the most accurate way to have it measured is with calipers, maybe you could get this done at a local gym or something? Im sure someone else will know.

This is pretty much irrelevant it take no account of frame type muscle etc. T 6'2" and 16.5 stone i get 29.8 that nearly obsese, but im very broad framed

Adam, are you doing some kind of research? you seem to want to contact some of the people who are in the obese range.

you make me look fat  5 11 and 180lbs odd

lol, I've not really started putting on weight whilst ive been at uni. I know it will kick in soon, cus I eat a lot of food. But I'm quite active, I work about 25 hours a week and that is constant lifting weights of about 20kg-50kg.. Its like getting paid to go to the gym.

Plus being a poor/lazy student means I don't eat as often as when I'm at home.

Well, you could call it research, just keen on talking to people who are my kind of size to ask them a few questions. Pigeon isnt responding to me though :(

Probably a better gauge of body fat for men, you just need to know your waist size and height...

I'm 18.4% which sounds about right.

thats rather interesting as i would say it seems about right for me. looks like it takes into account your weight and size to see if you are more fat than anything else.
