What is your BMI

Bump having become obsessed with BMI of late. :D

6ft and 65kg (19.4 BMI).

I was previously classified as underweight and a bit below 18.5 BMI a month ago, but a regime of pasta/chicken three times a day extra, a few protein shakes and some light resistance training and i'm steadily gaining weight.

Gaining weight for me was all about regular small meals, just takes a little willpower.

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9

im currently sitting on Underweight 24.6. meaning im coming up to overweight.

The problem is, i'm really not. This BMI doesnt really work out for people who work out. Im 5 10 and weight 78kg (171lb). Im fairly skinny tbh, and i'm not fat as my overall body fat percentage is around 11.5%

Mine is 28.1
I was quite surprised at that tbh...thought it would be higher!
I am a regular gym goer which is helping but i do still have my beer gut

BMI is a rubbish way of calculating fitness/obesity. According to BMI, tom cruise, brad pitt, and george bush are obese lol

and all of the England rugby team that won the world cup are (were) clinically obese....
shows how a scale is good for the average person, but not people outside of the normal zone. you can forget about people at the extremes!
