Energel 0.7mm is my current go to. It dries nice and quick and doesn’t smudge which is ideal for us lefties. Plus they’re nice and cheap, feels nice enough to use and not too posh for use in a workshop.

Either a parker jotter, I picked up a load of them a few years back at a fiver a pack with a mechanical pencil or the pens that element games used to include as a freebie in their orders (I had loads of them) as they were quite a nice feeling slightly chunkier pen.
