1 England Greatest place on Earth

2 Yanksville they speak the same language and have Mickey Mouse
Con 1 Full of Hicks
Con 2 Full of Illegals
Con 3 Full of Hick and Illegals

3 OZ they speak the same language and have big spiders
Con 1 Full of Pomes
Con 2 Full of Illegals

Depends what description you want.

If it is based purely on merit of the landscape then there are contenders everywhere and bias would make this pointless.

If it is based on social systems, then it becomes a matter of viewpoint.

If it is based on lifestyle, they are all basically the same in the cities, with mildly different tunes in the respective countrysides.

My opinion is that regardless of any bias, I would pick somewhere with a much more vast history than the US for example.
 
Australia, even though everything is trying it's hardest to kill you.
Canada, even though the weather is generally as crap as ours.
Japan, even though they have tentacles which molest you in the middle of the night.
 
1. Canada - Easily.

Pros : Friendly people, snowboarding

2. Italy

Pros : Food, snowboarding, Rome.

3. USA

Pros : So many options; San Fran, New York, Vegas, snowboarding, food,

UK wouldn't be top 5, arguably even top 10.

pro's : Cheap hookers
Cons: too cold and possibly still some radioactive contamination still kicking about

3. Somalia

pros: endles job oportunites in piracy and plundering
cons: high probability of getting shot by the Royal Navy
 
1. Belgium, as nice as France without the French people

2. UK, it's home, I like the mainland.
