What is your oldest working USB flash drive?

32 MB from 2000 still working fine, has a tiny recessed switch for locking/unlocking and patent pending written on it, it's cute.

I have a Humira branded one that must have been from around 1997, when I was working in the medical industry and their sales reps brought us some as a promo gift.
It says it's 4MB and has a write-protection slide switch on the side!

Do people still use flash drives?
I have a 256GB one for supplementary storage on my phone and as an option for shifting files around various devices. Much more pocket-friendly than an Ex-SSD style solution.

I've got a 4gb PNY stick which was about £20 from pc world in summer 2006 which was very special and never failed in high school. By the time i'd got to college in 2007 they gave us free 1gb sticks to use used both for a few years and have only got the pny now for memtest86 which i've used a couple of times since. When buying cruzers or other kingstons i've never known which brand has best survival rates but gather cheaper is of a lesser quality mostly.

A 512Mb one from about 2008, given to me at work to keep personal stuff on while working at shared computers on different desks.
It stayed with me on retirement and comes in useful for trotting odd files from the laptop to PC upstairs or vv, as I CBA to set up a home network!

My oldest USB stick is 512MB from maybe 2004/2005. Still works just as good as the day I bought it.

Usless for most things but still has a use for memtest86 or BIOS flashing if my more modern sticks have issues being read.

I have a wallet usb stick that was given out free at a conference. Kinda useful, its smaller then a lollypop stick so might be the oldest one over ten years ago. 4mb is funny, I also have an original save icon in physical form :O Used to have a old school floppy disk from the 80's about 1 foot in size and from a maker called Wang.. I was also given some punch cards by someone recently, used to store program data many moons ago
