What is your scariest/jumpiest game of all time

From the AvP thread i thought we may as well see what everyone's scariest/jumpiest game is on pc/console.

for the jumpiest i would have to pick DOOM3 or Condemned we headphones on...

but for scariest ide defently have to go with silent hill games,i hated it when the radio starts fuzzing and you aint got a clue where its going to come from,pause game and build your self some courage (down 10 tinnys) then run through that door like you own the place

but i still have this AvP yet to play

i also find game's **** you up a lot more when your playing on you normal moniter with headphones on

Probably Half Life 2. I don't really play scary games, I haven't touched Resident Evil (yeah I know, not properly scary but still) or Silent Hill either.

They just don't really appeal to me.

Vampire blood lines, only played it once, never completed it and it's probably quite dated now but it was an excellent game.

Got me scared each time a zombie popped out of nowhere.

Gotta reinstall that game after I fix my pc problems and finally try to play it .

HL2? That's not scary in the slightest

I never actually got that far, but I hear the Cradle in Thief 3 was pretty damn scary…

AvP easy, Doom 3, Fear etc never really scared me or made me jump. But AvP scared the life out of me, i'm not easily scared by games or films usually, but there's something about being in a dark corridor, with your last flare burning away on the floor, and your motion tracker going mental.

Resident Evil IS proper scary.

Rented it when it came out, played for a few hours with the curtains closed and got to a bit with loads of huge spiders.

Didnt play it again .

Don't enjoy jumpy games, no fun in being scared to play

When I was younger the first zombie encounter of Resident Evil scared the hell out of me, where you walk upto the corpse on the floor and it grabs your foot.

The first silent hill was very creepy, literally gave me shivers and adrenalin rushes right in the stomach...

nothing has touched it since for me...
