What isp for > 30gb usage a month

How are ukonline regarding FUP?
I am currently with UKFSN and am looking around for a new isp.
I can sometimes get 2.5 meg down but usually only 2 meg
And if you do get flagged as a high user what is the contention like?is it crippling for any sort of practical use?
p.s. I am a heavy user
Only get BT line,no LLU at my exchange :(

No they don't, like a lot of other sensible ISPs they block port 25 traffic.

Use another port, I use 587 and have no problems at all.

Try that along with port 465 as they are what I've found to be fairly standard alternative ports for SMTP. If you have no luck try contacting the people you host your mail with and get them to set up an alternative port for you and if they won't do that then get another host.

Go through Quidco.
