Sanded the block paving and replaced a leaky gutter end.
If you put some plastic sheet over the grass seed it will help keep the ground warm. Regarding the bamboo, check what one you get as it will spread even the slower growing ones.
I put in 5 little black bamboo plants in a bit of ground near a wall to act as a screen. Now I have to take them out as they are getting more vigorous, that's in about 10yrs.These will be going in pots, although we do have a whole hedge of bamboo and yes, it spreads like crazy. The horse has bolted on that one unfortunately and it wasn’t us who put it in. It does make an epic hedge though!
That's true re everyone throwing in their opinion, it can get a bit convoluted. I always think about how I personally would do it, I'm a bit OCD about things and would be happy ripping things apart to put it all back together...but I guess not everyone wants to or can do that. But by doing so (the plate can be painted) you are informing future owners of what is going on.
ie Feed from above, to socket/s below for TV.
If continuing the ring is awkward, then a simple fused spur would be OK.
Not aiming this at anyone in particular, but sometimes a simple question comes with far too many replies, that can over complicate something that can be done with ease.
If I say about doing something like that the wife asks why. Like I want to rip a load of plasterboard off the hall wall behind a radiator, wife asks why do you need to, because it was dot and dabbed but it didn't hold so needs to be done properlyThat's true re everyone throwing in their opinion, it can get a bit convoluted.
