What meat are you having for Christmas dinner this year?

Well I wanted roast beef but my mummy says she is crap at cooking it so we compromised on beef wellington, which is beef fillet inside pastry... go figure...
 
We are having a nice big chunk of Rib. I got it at the beginning of the week and got it out the fridge yesterday morning. Its all brown and sticky now....mmmmmmm Yummy. Just put in the oven on low to cook for a 4 or 5 hours. CANNOT wait for it.

Do you have the other traditional veg and stuff with it?

I'm thinking its BBQ Rib?
