What memory should i get?

Hi i am thinking of geting 2g of memory but im not sure what to get.
I mainley use my pc for GAMING, my motherborad will only take DDR so im after the best type of DDR memory that my system will handle for GAMING.
My system is
Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS motherborad
AMD Athlon 64 4000+
1g of Ram
HIS ATI Radeon X1900 XT-X
