I've just got an i7 950 cheap and am now wondering what motherboard to go for?

I might do a little overclocking but not very much.

Is this board a good one? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-159-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1283

Also what ram would people recommend? I would get 6Gb. I saw this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-129-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1389

on cpu coolers - is this a good one? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-000-PL&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395

MB: Gigabyte EX58-UD5
Cooler: Corsair H50
RAM: Anything branded (OCZ, Kingston, Corsair, Patriot, G-Skill)

Is a standalone kit and a closed system.

It just cools the CPU. You can't add to it to do the GPU or chipset etc like you could with a custom waterloop.
