Okay starting a basic new box, planning to play with vail for a while using it, and then maybe migrate to vail release, or else move it to windows 7, so an OS isn't a big priority right now.
For the same reason i might add a 5770 later, but at the moment I am happy to make use of the onbaord, as GFX output will be uncalled for most of the time.
1. What modular PSU would people recommend for this build?
I really want to keep cables to a minimum.
2. Would any additional fans or intenal fan be repalced to minimise noise?
I am planning to use themachine 24/7 as a server running vail to begin with.
3. If running vail, would I be best having a second small OS drive, and then use the 2GB samsung as the first part of 'the pool' so i can add additional 2Gb drives later as it expands?
4. Anything else gapingly wrong with the build?
