What mtb forks?

Carbisdale Red/Blue and Balblair Blue/Black Once a month in winter, once a week in summer
Sorry, i cant answer your question, but what do you think of these trails? I wanted to try them over the summer but didnt get a chance. I didnt have a car so i had to cycle to all the trails :( went to balnain, abriachan and learnie. Also wanted to try murray monster trails at fochabers, have you been there?

I did the Gully Monster (not that hard but keeps you on your toes) and Mast blast (loooong fire road climb and fast blast with a few jumps thrown in) a few months ago. Great fun.

Haven't done the other trails mentioned yet though.

All are great trails, well worth a trip. Carbisdale Red is a little on the short side but the scenery is amazing.
Balblair black is a fantastic run (at either 11 or 17km) really worth a visit if you can.

EDIT: Sorry mate, I havent been to the Murray trails. Next up is the Golspie Wildcat :D

Sorry to Rez an old thread, but just wondering if a set of Tora 318 Solo Air's will be ok for use on a Red/Black trail?
Need an upgrade and have been offered an unused set for 100 bucks

Yeah, they'll do you fine, Tora 318s are good forks. Bit heavy but sturdy, good damping... I replaced my 302s (which have less good internals) only because of the weight, my revelations are about 3/4s of a kilo lighter... But the performance was absolutely fine.
