Hello guys,

Just a quick thought. What's everyone using in this forums and are there any recommendations for a good Mp3 Player?

I'm currently using Winamp. Or Rather I used to.
Now I'm just using Windows Media Player. Any better ones out there guys that you could recommend? In terms of looks and functionality?

I'm quite fond of Songbird these days.

Before that I used to quiet like Foobar, but the faffing annoyed me.
MediaMonkey isn't bad but I didn't want to pay for something other players can offer for free.

Winamp, but solely because I'm too lazy to try something else. It works, and whilst it's getting slightly more bloated as the years pass by, it's still nowhere near as fat as iTunes.

I'm unfashionable enough to use iTunes. It's so painless to use that I don't see the point in using anything else.

Itunes because I'm not fashionable enough to fiddle about with anything else.
Itunes works and does everything brilliantly.

This. Everyone else I know who's into PCs scoffs at me and tells me to use WinAmp. iTunes might be bloated but it plays music fine and is very easy to use. I don't need anything else.

Going to try Itunes properly myself tonight!
Does anyone find that it lags? It lagged on my old PC. But as my New PC arrived on sat i'm going to give it one more go!

I always felt that when i switched tracks (which I do a lot) it just started to lag so much.

I just use Windows Media Player.

I never really liked the look of Winamp, although I do have it installed to play some OGG files I have; I could never get Media Player to play them properly.
