What OS X Software Makes You Love Your Mac?

Growl - App notifications, Apple really should buy this and make it a standard part of OSX

Skitch - Fantastic app, already mentioned by others

Pixelmator - Lovely, simple, Photoshop type app

Espresso - Text editor

Flow - V nice FTP/SFTP client

And of course OSX Snow Leopard and all the bits and bobs it comes with by default

Terminal ;)
My favourite part of osx..... Or any *nix to be honest

Aperture
Less complicated than lightroom

USB Overdrive
Allows you to turn off mouse acceleration and bind mouse buttons to anything you like. A godsend for a pc convert like myself who uses a G500 and couldn't cope with the mouse acceleration in osx

iMovie
Just great. Easy to use and powerful.

iTunes: Excellent integration with the OS, easy to use, fast, simple transfer of songs from library to iPod/iPhone, huge store with constant new additions, the perfect piece of software in my opinion.

Safari: Quick, good pop up blocker and elegant.

Yesterday afternoon I was a bit bored so decided to install Windows 7 on my MacBook, a day later and I've deleted the partition. Windows is great for me on a PC, but on a Mac unless you have specific software that you NEED and can't find an OS X alternative (unlikely) then it's a waste of time.

Guys, anyone know why Skitch webpost is giving this error?

"There is a problem with the server connection.
Perhaps some settings have changed or are incorrect, or there might be a problem on the other end with the server" :)

Love this but it seems broken :(

There might be some settings that have changed, or there might be a problem on the other end with the server.

LOL nice list but I can't be bothered to highlight them all and google them in order to find out if I'm even remotely interested in what they do. I know my loss.

OOI why have you got a defrag program on the list, I though OS X was above this? I have assumed that's what idefrag does :o

From a purely selfish POV it would be nice if each application was highlighted as payware/freeware too, or why one thought it was the best of its genre.
