What paint for this purpose?

I have a polycarbonate box I will be using to cover and lock an outdoor tap which is situated at the front of the house.

Struggling to find a suitable paint. Would need to be RAL7016 (Anthracite) and obviously suitable for plastics, outdoor use and in aerosol form ideally.

Rustoleum Combi Colour Multisurface seems to be an option, but isn't available in aerosol form.

Any ideas?

Try a local motor factors for a couple of rattle cans, plastic primer to start and then have a can mixed to your RAL code, did this recently to color code a chimney cowl.

Wut? Just buy a can of plastic primer from either halfords or amazon then go over with a colour that suits your requirements.
