Well it's not the brain, I came across that on my quest for the answer, men's are 10% bigger on average but it's down to the fact that we're bigger on average anyway.

It's not the pelvis either.

Are you very sure about that? Everything I have ever seen says that womens brains are bigger than mens in terms of percentage of body mass. Mind you the internet is an eveil thing you can get it to back up just about anything
