Weirdly, since losing my sense of smell early last year (when I think I had covid but they weren't testing), most of it has returned to some degree but I still can't smell my own farts or poo.

Most of it. I only frequent GD, COVID and sometimes Linux. I started coming here when I was a Windows XP user/relatively heavy gamer in the 2000s and stayed out of habit. Since 2017 I only use Linux so this place isn't relevant for most of my computing needs, I only come here for discussion. Even then the Linux forum isn't very useful, there are much more comprehensive forums to discuss open source on.

Thats not alway a bad sign unless your poo usually smells really bad due to bad diet. How close to your nose are you bringing the toilet paper to smell it and have you accidently ever touched your nose with it?

I remember when people first started discovering HDR and applying HDR/saturation type effects level over 9000... and the comments were split 50/50 between "woah amazing" and "why did you ruin a good photo?!?"
